If you're using a theme that supports multiple language interface for your newsroom, you can specify which interface language to use for your newsroom in Settings > General > Publication Language by entering the language code.
Here's a list of the supported languages for each theme and the corresponding language codes:

Example:
If you're using the LIEBLING theme and want to set the newsroom interface language to French, you should enter fr in Settings > General > Publication Language.
Note:
This feature has nothing to do with the Multi-language feature that allows you to create multi-language newsrooms.
