Each newsroom on Pressbase has its own individual subscription. It's not a Pressbase subscription for all newsroom.
To cancel the subscription for a newsroom, please sign in to pressbase.io > visit Newsrooms tab > find the newsroom you wan to manage.
Click the Manage billing button in the Subscription row.
A billing portal page hosted by our payment provider Stripe will be opened. The Billing History section is at the bottom of the page. Click on a record will open the record detail page where you can download the invoice or receipt.
You can click the Download invoice or Download receipt button to down the invoice or receipt.
